The new Walkers World website is a beautiful, easy-to-navigate online catalogue. With over 1000 products to choose from, this site required an open layout that provided plenty of white space, allowing the high quality images to showcase the products clearly.

With two beautifully appointed stores, Walkers’ World has enjoyed over 20 years of sound success. Their spacious and contemporary home furnishing store is located at Millhouse Home near Warrens, with 2200 square feet of stylish displays, and the long-established Walkers’ World flagship store can still be found in St. Lawrence Gap on the south coast. Once you step inside either of the stores, you immediately understand how Walkers’ World sets themselves apart. Their products complement every lifestyle and bring total panache and coordination to any home.

Our Task
Challenge and Solution
Caribyte was tasked with updating the previous site with a more robust e-commerce platform, providing visitors with an intuitive interface through which they can purchase or enquire about products sold in the stores. The site was developed in WordPress with a Woo Commerce catalogue and cart, using customised plugins. The result is a site that generates over 3500 targeted views per month, which translates into increased sales for Walker’s World.
