Caribyte has trained technicians on hand to respond to all your technical support queries. We provide on-site support (your location) and in-house support (our location). Also,we can perform a full service on any system which includes maintenance of software, update of virus definitions, physical service of the hardware (dust removal, keyboard/mouse grime removal) and preventative maintenence.

Regular Hours - (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri)
After Hours - (After 5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri, Any time Sat & Sun)
On-site jobs will be billed at the on-site rate for the first 2 hours, and at the in-house rate for each additional hour.
Full Service includes maintenance of software, update of virus definitions, physical service of the hardware (dust removal, keyboard/mouse grime removal) and preventative maintenence and is conducted at our location. Full service can be performed on-site for an additional fee.
